1 Minute Yogi

Starts Jan.9

A 21-day yoga challenge designed to help you build your 2020 yoga practice in 1 minute a day!

Dear Aspiring Yogi,

2020 is here, and with it, I bet you have some big goals.

Lose weight
Reduce chronic pain
Lower stress levels

Live a healthier lifestyle
Create a better work-life balance
Overcome anxiety

You deserve all of these things!! Sadly though, only about 8% of the population is successful at achieving their resolutions.

I can tell you from personal experience that the most important part of setting a resolution is starting slow.

For example, in 2006, when I made the New Year’s Resolution to touch my toes, I started small- just 1 yoga class a week for 1 month, that’s all the time I could offer. The next month I attended 2 yoga classes a week. The next month I started going 3 times a week, then 5 times a week, etc. It took a long time but the slow start helped me schedule in my yoga classes without a huge interruption to my current schedule. That consistency is what helped me achieve my resolution!

My 1 Minute Yogi challenge is designed to slowly help you build up a consistent yoga practice and be part of the successful 8%!
