Reduce your stress, increase your energy, and meet your fellow employees at your office! These yoga classes are provided for the employees of Voqal.
Day & Time: Thursdays at 12:00PM
Price: 6 sessions = $48
drop-in = $10/class (pay Allison at class)
I encourage you to bring your own mat with you to each class but I always have extras with me! I’ll also provide blocks and straps for each person.
